We offer support from initial stage of selecting the location, provide booking, through to smooth check in, concierge service for the best attractions and restaurants at each destination. We value tailored experience and carefully select the best tourist spots at our destinations from dining to entertainment, from shops to best beaches.

One the most amazing places in Spain is Tenerife Island. The island is located in the Atlantic Ocean opposite the northwestern coast of Africa. Tenerife is a unique location climate-wise as the season here is all year around. The island hosts one of the world's largest carnivals, the Carnival of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. There are plenty of sand beaches across the island for much relaxed holiday as well as opportunities to involve in active tourism such as visiting Volcan El Teide, Los Gigantes and Gomera Island

This newly refurbished Ocean view villa is located at the seafront with the direct access to the coast. Parque Santiago III has to offer – sea water and freshwater swimming pools, water slides, kids playground, adults only relaxing area. Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, private garden, reception room, kitchen with all necessary utilities. Two bedrooms feature 2 single beds, ocean view bedroom with 1 double bed. Villa can welcome up to 6 guests

What we are looking for

We are looking for properties that are located in city centres. This type of properties require special attention – the stays are shorter with high occupancy throughout the year. It is highly profitable on one hand, on the other hand it is exhausting for properties resources. From building great relationships with neighbours to taking care of the fixture and fittings – we are there for you. We know what guests are looking for, moreover we are keen to not just respond to their needs but also anticipate their wishes.
We are looking for properties near the beach, with close proximity to shops and restaurants. The apartment should accommodate minimum 4 guests and feature all the facilities for comfort stay – WC, shower room, AC, kitchen with utilities etc. Our full management package will allow just to relax and receive steady income while we do the rest.
